Upstairs

The upstairs of this house is flooded with light from the large windows and a sky light on the hall way. With solid wood floors throughout all the rooms are again larger than average and beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings.

The bedrooms have comfortable window seats to take advantage of the views and both rooms have king sized beds.

The front and largest bedroom, overlooks the village square and church spire. There is a sofa if you want to relax in the privacy of your room. The rear bedroom, which has exposed original beams and lovely views across the valley, also has a day bed/sofa that can be an additional large single bed if required.

The spacious wood paneled bathroom mixes old fashioned charm with luxurious modern facilities, such as a large walk in separate shower and heated towel rail. The bath has been positioned perfectly in front of the window to take advantage of the fabulous views across the valley.

This house can very comfortably accommodate families or groups of up to 5 people (with 3 sharing the rear room).

There is also a travel cot that can be put in either room. Despite only having one bathroom we feel that its size and the layout and size of the rest of the house would make it equally suitable for two couples.

Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost.
