Notes to the rental rates

A Non-refundable deposit (25% of total holiday price) must be paid on booking. The final balance must then be received eight weeks prior to your departure to secure your holiday. For off peak periods weekend rates can be supplied on request.

A breakages and cleaning bond of £100 will also be required with the final balance. This money will be returned to you after completion of the change over, provided the house is left in the condition in which it is found. In addition to this any bookings that fall within the period from October 1st to May 31st will also carry a non refundable fuel surcharge of £50 per booking per week.

Suitability: The Elevated Terrace garden and split level ground floor area make this house unsuitable for toddlers, elderly and wheelchair users. The house is strictly non smoking and pets are not allowed.

After booking

On receipt of your 25% deposit we will send you the directions & access pack which will help you with the final directions to the village of Campagnac le Quercy and instructions on how to access the house. Inside Le Charron will also be a facilities guide which will provide you will all the information you need for living comfortably within the house. There are also various guide books and maps provided.

Arriving and departing

We request that all guests arrive at Le Charron after 4.00pm on their arrival date and ensure that they depart before 10.00am on their departure date. This is to ensure that a thorough change over can be completed so that the house is left in the condition which all guests would expect.
